"This stay could be outstanding with some further attention to customer service, dining facilities, heating and consideration of another set of laundry facilities at the other end of the complex. Despite two visible radiators, not one worked. I would have frozen without my hot water bottle; I caught a cold during my stay. "A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "
