Please note that groups of young people whose members are under 26 years of age are not permitted. Parties, including stag and hen parties, are also not allowed.



The villa is accessible via well-maintained roads. A short drive takes you to the nearby seaside resorts of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, which boast beautiful beaches, a wide range of amenities and delicious restaurants. Crikvenica is a beautiful holiday resort with sandy and pebble beaches, as well as plenty of sports and entertainment options.
