One of the most popular autochthonous dishes is the bribirski prisnac. The menu was fulfilled by self-grown plants – asparagus, dandelion, fennel, dandelion greens, lamb’s-quarters, and wild fruit such as sorb-apple, strawberries, raspberries, hawthorn, rose hip.
