We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. However, it has a fantastic team of front office staff that assisted us during our recent stay, helping us in getting on local tours, recommending food establishments and sorting out airline tickets.
