The location on the harbor could not be better. Close to the Ferry. Plenty to do near by. We did not bring a vehicle and used our bikes to traverse the island.We loved relaxing on the porches and watching all the harbor activity. Every window framed the spectacular view. We can’t wait to return!"

"We had a great time on this property. If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and generally spending time in and around fresh water, you are going to like this place. The house is clean and comfortable. AC can come in useful on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The deck is a strong plus - it is comfortable and has great views. Importantly, the host is absolutely fantastic to deal with."

"We had an amazing time at our rental cottage in Maushop village! The cottage was clean, bright and very comfortable! The views from the patio and upper deck of the water were beautiful! The hosts were very quick to reply to our questions! This is a great location for families- the kids can go off and ride their bikes, hang out on the beach and go to the marketplace. It was a very relaxing, fun family weekend! We will definitely come back!!"

"Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch."
