"Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. "Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "

"The host is really nice & polite. He seems to be a bit of a hoarder though as one you get into your closet sized room there is no where to put you stuff. This is not a hotel more of a hostel, the beds are hard, the bathrooms are shared. There is no check in process you basically have to be lucky enough to get the host on the phone. The way the keys work everyone either has to be in the room or out of it, forget it if someone want to split up and look at more of the city."

"What a wonderful location, so easy to take either the train(RER) or the Metro - main line that stops at all the major sites!!! Make sure to down load City Mapper, a must have app when the traveling. The staff is beyond friendly and most all spoke English which was helpful. The local neighborhood is a gem, check out the days where there is the local market.
