The front desk staff were wonderful! They were sp kind and friendly and really helped us with anything we wanted to know around Paris. The room was roomy by Paris standards and was full of amenities and things were used and needed and it was air conditioned. An excellent location and small but lovely hotel!

This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.
