"I found this property to be very average, despite being in Camden. Everyone else keeps their properties looking nice on the outside with flowers and manicured lawns. There are large flower pots at this place that had old sponge forms in them but with no flowers. There are weeds growing on the foregrounds. Not sure why they call it a hotel. No one attends it. When I responded to their initial text with questions about parking, the TV having no sound and the remote needing batteries, I received no...

"This place was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and had everything you might need- even beach towels! It's quiet and in a stunning part of the island of Deer Isle. A quick drive to downtown and other parts of the island. We really enjoyed staying here and recommend it to anyone who might be looking for a great place to stay."

"The house was the most beautiful we have stayed in !! We were only 9 miles from the Lobster festival & it was the perfect place to get in & out without the horrible traffic !! But I would stay there just to take scenic Trips around the area !!"

"The only thing I might mention, is that the TV screen was hard to see. The picture was too dark and couldn't be lightened up. Otherwise, it was a great stay at a very nice establishment. I would recommend it to anyone. "
