"The unit would have been ok had it been clean. We arrived after 10pm to find a living area with a badly soiled/stained rug - it needs to find a new home in a dumpster - soiled couch, kitchen cabinets with food all over them, a dirty microwave, dirty dish cloths, stained blankets on the beds, toothpaste on one of the blankets ... gross! "Habitación sencilla pero con todos los servicios necesarios. Te dan toallas, jabón, lo básico de la cocina (té, azúcar, etc), se puede cocinar y hay refrigerador. Bastante cercano al plan de Valparaiso y fácil acceso caminando a los paseos. Buena relación precio calidad. "

"The views & sounds of the surf from the unit were spectacular- am so glad we booked this listing. Francisca is the best to work with from arranging our early morning check-in to even using her Jumbo account to have groceries delivered. We highly recommend and will definitely rent this unit again next time we’re in Vina! "

"I would definitely recommend this property. Its a very well maintained property with all the commodities in a Prime location , beautiful terrace with views. Christian was very attentive and fast to response , flexible enough to make our trip a wonderful stay."
