"It’s tired. only 7 sunbeds when house is advertised for 8.Significant evidence of wear and tear both internally and to poolside items.Under beds was filthy.Area of kitchen was filthy.Downstairs toilet had not been cleaned and stank of urine so had to drive 1 hour immediately to purchase bleach to do proper clean of this bathroom. Owner was lovely but felt that for price some basic generousity was totally lacking. No replacement bin bags or any cleaning products, washing powder capsules etc. I...

"Excellent place. Smells really good and it is very clean. The breakfast and breakfast lady are awesome. Very sweet. The front desk girl is equally kind and sweet. The view of front courtyard is stunning. The view of the mountains is really relaxing. Nice pool but I couldn't use it because of my work schedule. The interior architecture is amazing and the room is very roomy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink which is not my favorite but it has a top shelf and a side table to place your toiletries which is nice. The bed is comfortable enough. I have a special mattress at home so it is hard to compare. The AC temperature can't be controlled by guests which it could be a challenge for some but Italians normally don't use a lot of AC. Not an issue for me because it helped me getting up in the morning. I would must definitely stay in this hotel again and refer to friends and family. "

"The home was charming, clean and host was wonderful! The views were amazing! The drive to get there was intense. If you’re uncomfortable with narrow, winding roads, this property is not recommended. We would have loved this property as an authentic Tuscan experience. If you want to immerse yourself in the everyday country culture this is the place! Unfortunately, due to multiple airline delays we were 3 days behind in travel plans so decided it made more sense for us to avoid the 1.5 hour drive return from a Florence day trip so left a day early. This was no fault of host or property, just unfortunate logistics. "
