"Great staff, clean facilities "

"I booked and paid for three nights through Expedia. We were runnung a day late on the Camino so I emailed and called to tell them I would not be there the first night but would be there the next two. I did not want a refund, I just wanted them to know not to expect me that first night. When I arrived the next day, they said they had NO reservation for me and I would have to pay so I did.
