The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff who went out of their way to assist us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the town. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. "Greeted at reception with a warm welcome, the room was really nice and quiet with adequate space and the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is well situated in the town and there is a lovely roof top area with tables and chairs offering a great outdoor facility in the summer time to enjoy a drink from the bar. "

"It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area... "

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt."
