The hot breakfast selection was lovely and fresh, cold selection was limited. The restaurant was opulent and beautiful serving great food. The waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time. The hotel is a little old fashion in its decor but it was a clean and bright room although limited Tv channels and unstable wifi. Staff were helpful and hotel was in a great location to explore the city centre and the old town.
Bed was a little uncomfortable, as mattress was old. Over all we had a wonderful time
This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail, the perks, amazing staff, fantastic location, beautiful building. Highly recommend!
The location in the Old Town was great. Staff were courtesy, helpful and polite. We loved the breakfast and the breakfast room. A very enjoyable stay and will return if we can.

Very nice staff. The hotel is right in Old Town, so very easy walking.
We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently.
Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby.
The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient.
We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards.
Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.
Luxurious hotel in the city center. My room had a magnificent view and everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is amazing, the staff (reception, bar and breakfast!) are incredibly nice and helpful. I couldn't imagine a better hotel to stay in. Thanks for everything, including for the welcome drink!
Excellent Location Staff are superb from checking in (midnight check in) Staff where very professional I needed a taxi and staff booked and it arrived within 2 minutes Location in the Old Town surrounded by Bars Restaurants also Supermarket is short walk if required Room was excellent beds soft and v.clean
This Hotel had the best staff. Front desk was super helpful. Service was outstanding and we enjoyed the complimentary hour in their spa with Steam room and Jaccuzi. Had a great time in the California Bar, with the amazing staff that shared culture, conversation about music and History. We had the best time in there and location of this Hotel is awesome. This is my 4th time staying here.
Awesome some location, attention to details everywhere. Breakfast was over the top. Ana and Maksim at the front desk went above and beyond, so professional.
It was such a pleasure staying at Imperial. The single twin bedroom was a little tight in some areas, but the overall experience was wonderful. I really liked that the housekeeping would come by in the evenings and offer a warm greeting card with the weather forecast for the next day and a piece of delicious coffee candy. The breakfast was good as well and there was a decent selection available each morning. Would stay here again.
Very nice location! Easy to get around the old town. We had the breakfast included and it was fantastic. Waitresses were super attentive and very helpful.
Unfortunately, the spa facilities were closed and were not informed about it in advance. Overall quite a nice hotel, but with its own vibe.
I left some comments when I checked in, but I will follow up. I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis. (Worth it) I had the same nice female leaving as when I arrived and we had a great conversation when I left. She told me some things about Vilnius that I wanted to know and genuinely seemed interested in me. I'm no narcissist, but, at times, it can be hard to find someone where you can have an actual give and take conversation without them plowing over you, or it's over when they've told you all about themselves. It's possible I would return to Vilnius, and if do, it will be at this stay. Thank you

Not my first choice
Our stay was spoiled. At first, we got a stinky room but they changed it to a better one once we requested. No one greeted us with a glass of champagne, as it was listed on the deal at hotels.com. I think the room size of 20sq m was seriously exaggerated, as it was half of it, bearly. It was one of those small boutique hotels, with very conservative design. The location was the best part though.
A really lovely little hotel. Nice helpful staff. The room is comfortable, the bed really good. The air conditioning did not work properly, the sun was shining in the room, which warmed it up, the air conditioner was not able to cool it down. Fortunately, the window could be opened, and the surroundings of the hotel were quiet at night, so I was able to sleep at night. The shower door seals leaked water all over the bathroom. Breakfast good with sparkling wine, although I was disappointed that the hollandaise was not homemade and the omelette was not runny.
This is twin bed room
+Good service
+Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. All milk based espresso drink are machine made.
+Location perfect
+Beds and pillows comfartable, you can have a good night sleep here.
+ Rooms adequately isolated, which is always a huge bonus when living in the centre.
-Not nearly enough space for clothing.
Only some hangers and only one small shelf that requires you to be very tall to reach.
-Pretty much zero space for stuff in bathroom No shelfs or anything.
To summarise: I would for sure visit again, but I would chose a different room to have more space for clothing. Everyone in the staff, from reception, to breakfast, to housekeeping, conciergie were all lovely.
Charming hotel with a nostalgic feel although parts of the room felt a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent property in a great location
