"We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience "

This might increase your car rental price by 30CHF if you're renting from Switzerland (and declare that you're crossing the border). Villa is in (european) walking distance from an Aldi, however, please remember that stores are closed on Sundays.
