If it wasn't for these points it would have been 0 or 1 star. We had no hot water when we arrived late afternoon. We waited an hour or so, still none. At 6.30pm we contacted the host, who said he would look into it. We had an appointment and had to go out. On return at 11pm - still no hot water. We started to look for alternative...
