"I was only in Beauvais for one day and it's a lovely little town north of Paris, complete with giant (taller than Notre Dame) cathedral and parks and plazas. The staff was incredibly helpful and really enjoyed his service. The big thing was the lack of AC and the room not cooling down with the bedside AC/fan. I know that's part of the European experience, it just made it harder to get some sleep. There was some outside noise from a band playing music, but I rather enjoyed that! The hotel is located incredibly close to lots of shops and restaurants and the cathedral and town square. I'd definitely come back to Beauvais AND Hotel de la Cathedrale, it may just be in the fall!"
