"Staff was great . Wifi was down for most of our four night stay. We had a two level room and paid a premium for it . The A/C did not cool the upper floor at all which contained the larger portion of room. There were two mini fridges and the one downstairs didn’t work. I did notify staff who were helpful in general but didn’t really replace the fridge or address the a/c"
