"We found the house was a comfortable base for our stay visiting Paris for the Olympic Games. It is conveniently located only about 15 minutes drive from Tournan-en Brie which is on two RER lines which take you into the centre of Paris in 30-45 minutes. The house is well equipped and stayed cool during some very hot weather. The welcome was friendly and efficient giving us all the information we needed. "Excellent trip. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location in a quiet village but close to bigger towns within a 10-20 minute drive. Use of the garden was a good facility too. Owner was very approachable and amenable and spoke excellent English with us which was appreciated. Would have no hesitation in returning here and will recommend to friends and family as an ideal accommodation in a good location. 😊"

The owner Gilles is very easy to communicate with and answers your texts very quickly. "Stayed here for a week in late August. Gite was within beautiful grounds of the chateau with lots of land. We have a one year old who loved to run around outside and visit the horses. Inside is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. Rest of Gite is basic but still comfortable. Great fireplace for colder days which turns to face sofa or dining table. The Gite was in a perfect location. Chambly is a lovely little town but a few miles away is Chantilly with it's stunning...
