"Very charming hotel in the middle of the cosy village of Prats. Staff was super friendly, always extremely helpful, rooms clean and charming. The breakfast was excellent and made by request. Recommend also having dinner in the restaurant in the evening, excellent price-quality and great chef. Would definitely stay again. "

It is a pity that you have to pay extra to use the little indoor pool, for sure in low season they should better make it free when the outside pool is not ready for use... No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Lo que sí echamos en falta es una cortina en la puerta de entrada al apartamento ya que es de cristal y te ven los vecinos Nos costó un poco encontrarlo, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y nos vinieron a buscar para hacer el check-in en el hotel Comentar que el acceso al apartamento es por unas escaleras "
