"Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with 2 beds and were given a different room that only had one and a very uncomfortable couch. When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock. "This place is beautiful and amazing! The property is new, well done with a spa like feel (had my own personal sauna in my room) and great kitchen area fully stocked and well thought out which we used to make dinner as a market was nearby! I had myself and five kids in suite with plenty of room to hang out. Breakfast was perfect and Paolo assisted in giving us places to eat and hikes to try.
