"The staff was always helpful and accommodating when it came to early check-ín, fixing my key which always wound up next to my cell phone in my pocket, and general friendliness and flexibility on certain items. In addition the hotel is the tallest hotel, with spacious rooms and balconies that provide great views of the mountains or plains. The breakfast is very good everyday and the 360 degree views from the top floor are incredible. Room service food is very good as well, which is uncommon. And...
