Central Apartment with Balcony, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This holiday home is located in the pretty village of Villasimius, just a few metres from the town square, where entertaining performances take place on summer evenings. The house consists of 4 apartments in total and this one is on the 1st floor. It has a cosy living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed and one with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV (with a Sky receiver), a cot and a highchair (the latter 3 upon request). Outside you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of wine on your balcony and end the evening with your loved ones in the fresh air. The apartment is perfect for all those who are looking for a fantastic beach holiday and want to experience Sardinian culture close. The white, fantastic sandy beaches of Spiaggia di Simius and Spiaggia di Campulongu area 9-minute drive away. For a pleasant day at the beach, the accommodation has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toys for the little guests. A supermarket is 240 m away and some restaurants are located in the centre, which can also be reached on foot.

Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Internet access is limited to 2 GB per day. During the night (between 0:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) the internet is unlimited.
