"Very helpful reception, check- in and check out was really quick. Rooms very relaxing and great air conditioning. Surface car park and underground one too which fitted our VW T5 van. Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine and some English breakfast tea at breakfast would have been great. Breakfast is excellent with continental and cooked included ( you can have both). Overall great stopover for us en route to the South."

"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. "The window curtains do not keep the heat out in the morning. We were on a higher floor that received the morning sun, but the AC could not keep up with the heat coming in from the sun. The AC definitely worked later in the day, but the hotel needs to invest in black out curtains."
