"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"Atypical is a great description of the apartment. Really unique and spacious for the two of us. Modern or contemporary design and had everything we needed during our stay. "We stayed in Cognac for a few days and when I the booked this place it looked perfect but upon arrival there were some issues that prevented a 5 star review:The good: great location, quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfortable plus having a hot tub after a 9 hour drive was great.Needs improvement: the shower and sink area is open to the room offering no privacy. There were only sheer window coverings that allowed anyone to look in, if there had been instructions on how to use...
