"We stayed here for one night in Sept. 2026 while travel down through Spain. The hotel is based in the commercial area of the port so don’t be expecting park land or coastal views but it is easy to travel as it avoids the city centre. The staff, especially at reception, were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel has limited secure underground parking so it may be worth booking this in advance if you are concerned about on street parking. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. On the night we stayed there was no restaurant facilities but we were happy with room service. Breakfast was a little disappointing, just adding fresh melon and better orange juice would have made a big difference but that may just be our taste."

"Great place. Check in confusing as there’s 2 buildings. Did not get the code and room until just before and then I got 2 different ones and had to wait on emails. Other than that the actual room is fantastic"

"Check in was quick and the staff member on reception was extremely helpful both at check-in and afterwards. One of our 3 rooms (401) suffers road traffic noise from early morning and is also next to the lift. The air conditioning in all three rooms is noisy but was not too obtrusive. Service at the reception bar was slow at times as the only two staff were also working in the restaurant, they were extremely helpful but had too much to do for two people. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and every member of staff we spoke to was very professional. We would stay again. And the eclipse was everything we expected."
