You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. "We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...

"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to...

"I don’t think the property is used to having guests for short stays. It was a great spot for me to get in some amazing hikes and I loved having a kitchen to cook. The pillows were terrible- wish I had the luxury of bringing my own!"

"On top of the cleanliness and condition of our duplex room and amenities - those working in the hotel were super helpful, kind and always smiling.!!"

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."
