Très bel appartement 3 pièces 65m² dans résidence récente avec ascenseur, au pied du site de luge de la Colline des Bains, des terrains de tennis et de beach volley, à 5 minutes à pied du centre village.

Belle pièce de vie donnant sur un grand balcon orienté à l'ouest/sud, avec canapé convertible 2 places. Télé avec lecteur DVD, cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (lave vaisselle, frigo/congélateur, four traditionnel, four micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, appareil à raclette).

Deux chambres: une avec un lit 2 places 140, l'autre avec 2 lits simples 90. Salle de bain avec grande douche, lavabo. WC séparés, machine à laver. Pour votre confort, l'appartement est chauffé avec résille au sol et poêle à granulés.

Un appartement très agréable à vivre !

Neuf, la résidence est propre. L'appartement est nickel et très bien équipé en électroménager et même en produits d'entretien. Il est spacieux et offre une très belle vue sur la montagne. Le centre ville est a une toute petite dizaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
