"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!"
