"Owner never sent us access instructions. We arrived at night, many light bulbs burned out, difficulty getting in. No hot water for two days, LP gas tank empty. Air conditioning not cold, remote doesn't work right, needs coolant recharge (Villahermosa is hot!). No carpets, bath mats, shower mats. No table lamps, hard to read at night. Etc., etc. This unit is not rent ready."
