"The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out.
Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. "
"Good hotel overall. However, for a 40 room hotel, they really need to have someone at the reception 24/7 because after 11 pm there is nobody there to open doors or support guests in case of emergencies. There is an emergency number but that is not always useful for travellers who don’t have local calling."
"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location.
The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. "
