Very nice hotel, room is not very big but nice and clean, breakfast is good , there is a sauna in the hotel , very nice, the team was very kind. The area is nice , quiet and the city center.

Great hotel near Villach train station.

Fabulous centrally-located hotel that served us well as a family during a rail trip across mainland Europe. Great breakfast buffet too. Only snag was that we were given a wrong room on check in but this was immediately resolved.

I had a very good welcome and a very comfy bed and pillow. Couldnt have asked for more. The sparkling water, coffee and toiletries were all very welcome. I'd definitely love to stay again.

Very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the city outstanding. Would have liked a room with a view rather than the noisy bar across the street. Also, a bit strange bathroom design……very cramped. However, I gave this hotel high marks. Very good service!

THEY DID NOT RUN THE AIR CONDITIONERS! WE HAD THE WORST DAY IN OUR LIFE AT THIS HOTEL. HAD TO USE WET TOWELS TO COOL OURSELVES. MY WIFE ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM!

Dieses Hotel hat sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Ein großes Problem war für uns die fehlende Ruhe. Im ersten Zimmer waren wir direkt über einer sehr lauten Lüftung im Außenbereich, die rund um die Uhr in Betrieb war. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel waren wir auf der lauten Stadtseite. Bei offenem Fenster hörten wir bis nach Mitternacht oft laute und betrunkene Gäste von der Bar gegenüber. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hörten wir dann die sehr laute Klimaanlage, die bei Verschluss des Fensters automatisch ansprang. Erholsame Nächte sehen anders aus. Dieses technische Problem sollte für alle ruhesuchenden Gäste unbedingt behoben werden.
