"The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh."

But the night before, the other lady at the desk said it would be no problem to call you a taxi. So there you go. Then the taxi guy I got us to the train station gouged us around $40.00"

"This property I was so pleasantly surprised by, I had been in Sicily for three weeks and had been moving around from place to place. This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I stayed in. The staff was fantastic and so welcoming. The breakfast room and what they offer is really something special. Most of all, this place was very comfortable and the bed was so nice with a very clean and comfortable bathroom.
