We were so appreciative of the details, the fresh flowers, homemade cookies, the coffeemaker upstairs and the books and games. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed this historical home and our stay. "

"I walked around the property one morning and saw mature and diverse Trees (in various stages of growth and some even with fruit), Grapes growing on a fence, Hens, and more. The house is spacious with beautiful artwork and decor.I was also able to have a tour of the current farming operations, and learn some of its history too!I do plan to return."

"Great location for visiting a student at Semo. Lots of room for family to bond!! Hung out at the fire pit the entire time. Rugged, love that we could bring a dog . We are a dog family and our student could visit with the family dog. "

"From the area, but did a girl’s weekend here! We spent the whole weekend at the cabin as it was so relaxing. We sat in the rocking chairs and watched the thunderstorm go by, viewed a sunset by the pond, stargazed and even did a puzzle! We got crafty with the cold food we brought since there is only a mini fridge. It still worked out completely fine! The cabin was kept clean and the check in process was VERY easy. The host’s house is within close proximity to the cabin. Chris came to greet me when I got there and showed me how to use the air conditioner which was super helpful! This cabin was exactly the staycation we needed! 10/10 would recommend."
