"One of the most beautiful properties in Milan. It is in the center of the city, walkable to Duomo, yet it feels intimate.
The attention to detail is palpable from the moment you drive into this stunning property and are greeted by the staff.
From the lobby to the rooms and restaurants, this is more than a five star.
Oh and the breakfast is amazing."

"This is an absolutely stunning place to stay. Feels so luxurious. Location is fantastic and walkable to everything you want to see. The only negative I have is that if you are perfume sensitive (as I am) this room was highly fragranced and never diminished all night."

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan

I had seen this hotel from the outside during my last trip to Milan and was curious to try it so I booked a 3 nights stay and I don't regret at all! The hotel is a classical one with warm and comfortable style. The lobby is very welcoming with excellent customer service at the reception and at the bar corner. The room was very comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom.

An amazing hotel, a little gem located on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from Scala theater and from Duomo. This hotel is luxury at its best, I felt pampered and cared for during my 2 days stay. The decoration and designs are superb, the quality and attention to details, fabulous Ć la cart breakfast, and not at last, the professional staff, who managed to be friendly, warm and super supportive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you everyone at Casa Laveni...

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos.
Walking to train station easily.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Great location, staff go above and beyond. And this weekend they are opening a small bistro which will be great for pre dinner drinks or a light lunch, Iāll tell you once weāve scoped it.

This hotel was honestly one of the best ones weāve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again! Highly Recommend!!!

Great location just a 5 minute walk from the Milan Duomo. Close to shopping and dining. The hotel was very clean and our room was wonderful. Well thought out use of space. The breakfast was AMAZING! Made to order omelet station, fresh fruits and juices and many other options. Was one of the best breakfasts we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Milan.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....

The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.
