"It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!"

"Maria and her husband were cordial and the place was perfect. Peace and quiet. And close enough to Ascoli Piceno and other highways when you need to travel around. I enjoyed it"

"Wir sind sehr zufrieden, unser Urlaub war schön , die Möglichkeit draußen zu spazieren ein Traum , auf dem Spielplatz gab es immer eine Attraktion. Im August war Karneval die Kinder und wir hatte. Sehr viel Spaß. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, wirklich toll wie Lucio das alles gemacht hat. Urlaub mit Erholung ☀️☀️☀️☀️"

"We had a great stay. Our host responded quickly to our messages. The appartement is well equipped with many stores at walking distance. "

"Leider gibt es so gut, wie kein W-LAN, im Haus sowieso nicht. Satellitenempfang im Haus für komplett nicht vorhanden. Kein Wohnbereich, nur Essbereich. Bei Regen war unsere Hausfassade und der Pool voll mit schwarzen, großen Würmern. Pool war meistens bis 11 Uhr nicht nutzbar (zu späte Reinigung). Kein warmes Wasser im Jacuzzi. Wenn man sich im Bereich des großen Tisches (Darstellung im Internet) aufhalten wollte, gab es böse Blicke. Die Matratzen sind katastrophal und in die Jahre gekommen....

I miei nipoti si sono divertiti molto osservando le galline, gli anatroccoli, i galli che razzolavano nel pollaio. Il silenzio interrotto dai grilli, dal canto delle ghiandaie è stato rigenerante. Insomma ci siamo sentiti a casa."

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."
