"The folks at the hotel bent over backwards to help us find restaurants, our way back to Buenos Aires and in general made us feel at home. Although not a 5 star hotel the caring of the staff made it a great place to stay. The hotel rooms were not large but the pool area was nice and the breakfast was nice. Would highly recommend."

"Friendliness. It's a bit outdated in terms of architecture and decor but that is expected as Argentina has been hit by various economic crises. Villa Gessel had its boom in the 70s and 80s so the place and atmosphere reflect that time. Everything works perfectly and is quite charming."

"Contratamos 3 noches de alojamiento. Pero solo estuvimos dos noches y nos retiramos. Estuvimos 12 horas SIN agua. Inhabitable el hotel. Nadie te decia nada. Todos los pasajeros gritando en el lobby del hotel. El servicio pésimo. Las sabanas finitas de tanto uso. Un asco la verdad. A uno de los pasajeros le robaron una valijas. Llamaron a la policia… todo muy bizarro. El hotel impresentable. No entiendo como habilitan un lugar así. Realmente es tirar la plata si se decide hospedarse en San Remo....
