"Fantastic location! Lovely old hotel but tired. It had an update perhaps 10 years ago but needs another. Noisy air conditioning in the rooms, but it really works. Pay for the ocean view. It’s amazing. Don’t pay for the breakfast. It isn’t good. Much better breakfast at cafés around the hotel. "

"The room was very clean and spacious. We tried booking the spa the first thing in the morning because you cannot book it from the reception, we had to go downstairs to the spa in the morning just to find out the only spot they had was when we had other plans at 16:30 which ruined the whole day for us because it was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. When we got there in the afternoon we were not even told that one sauna wasn’t working, and the other one was booked for a private session for somebody else, we could only use the hammam. The water inside the pool was too cold to swim in so we had to spend an hour just staying in the jacuzzi crowded with other people. I don’t think we got what we paid for."

"What a perfect and beautiful place for our stay in the French Riviera! First and foremost was the view from this delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, with an outdoor deck sporting the most comfortable patio furniture. From this convenient location, we were able to explore Nice, Beaulieu Sur Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat, La Turbie, Eze and Monaco by hopping on the train that is literally down the hill. It was an easy walk to the restaurants in the charming little village of Villefranche and the beach was so close. We had great weather, but it was a little cold for us to swim in the temptingly turquoise water. There are some great coastal and hilltop walking trails nearby in addition to all the historical sites. The kitchen was well equipped, the linens top notch and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner, Shelton and apartment manager, Donna was very cordial and efficient which alleviated any stress we may have had with a late check in. Wish we could've stayed longer!
