After entering we immediately felt the love that the owner put into the place. After reading some of the earlier opinions we were ready to use both bedrooms to be comfortable… There was no need for this! The upstairs bedroom and the bed were comfortable and beautiful. "Everything you need for a quiet, comfortable, scenic stay in the Tuscan countryside. Nestled among grape vines and olive trees, Rita's home is the perfect place from which to launch day trips to San Gimignano, Siena and Florence, or just for relaxing. Comfortable beds, nice patio and porch with a great view of San Gimingano on a hill to the west. She has a well-equipped kitchen and if you need a supermarket, it is only 10 minutes down the road in Poggibonsi. We also enjoyed a hands-on cooking...

"The apartment was well renovated and comfortable. It was a convenient location for sightseeing in the region, as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti are all easily accessible. However, my husband and I were disappointed to find that there were many apartments on the farm, not just three, with another part of the property divided by a low wall. "The photos don't capture the incredible 360 degree views. The complimentary tour with wine and olive tasting was exceptional. The apartment is rustic, as pictured, but could use a deep cleaning.The 500 cypress tree lined road winding up to the property only adds to the adventure. There was a very bad storm that took out the electricity. Sabrina and Fabrizio did all they could to make sure all the guests were comfortable."

"I stayed in this location 9 nights and enjoyed every minute. Everything is updated and I had all I needed to cook, the bed is very comfortable with extra pillows and linens and the shower was great. Giovanni and his wife Liuba were very responsive to communications and helped me figure out transportation and reservations. This apartment is outside of Florence and I found it nice to be away from the crowds, but a short drive or train ride to all Florence, and the surrounding area has to offer."

"The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much...

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
