"Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available. "

"Beautiful accommodation with a fabulous host - immaculate attention to detail. Comfortable beds with exquisite linen. Bathroom had soft clean towels. The breakfast spread was fabulous. An all round wonderful place to stay that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Perfect for those wanting to explore a bit of Italy - we did Lake Como, Milan and Turin and used here as our base."

"The location was amazing (we were in the building in front of the duomo). Even though we were on the 6th floor, there was noise from the street of the tram that works all night. Even with windows closed- it is still loud. We are deep sleepers so it was ok, but if you are a light sleeper- it will definitely bother you. The apartment was great, would be great if the towels could be changed at least once in the 3 night we were there. They weren't changed at all. "

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
