"In the heart of a small village, this extremely clean and comfortable property had commanding views over the valley and to watch glorious sunsets, while dining or sipping Tuscan wine from the balcony. There was plenty of space for our family of 3, and sleeping was very comfortable (AC was a bonus). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals through our week long stay. We explored nearby towns and cities (all within easy driving distance), during the days (aided by excellent recommendations from Massimiliano), before returning to cool off by the perfect, very private swimming pool late afternoon to dusk. We felt we got a true taste of small Tuscan village life, hilltop towns (San Gimignano, Terricciola and Volterra) and bigger cities (e.g., Florence and Livorno), as well as a Sunday beach visit to Cecina with all locals. We had a very memorable dinner in nearby (5 minute drive) Casciana Terme on our last night at Garibaldi Innamorato. We enjoyed the tour and wine tasting at nearby Azienda Agricola Castelvecchio. We thank Massimiliano and his family for allowing us to have this experience in their well maintained and thoughtfully laid out property. Massimiliano was very accommodating, very responsive to messaging and was easy to communicate with. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We would return."

"Beautiful villa, well-appointed and with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy your evenings. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for our party of 10. Bonus points for the early evening spraying around the pool to keep it mosquito-free. The host lives nearby and is happy to help with advice when needed. We enjoyed very much our time at the villa and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends as well. Grazie!"

"We can definitely recommend this property! The pool is amazing as well as the garden and restaurant. I was little bit disappointed of the room - it could be better clean up and the furniture could be in better condition. However we would definitely come back. "

"Although I had stayed in Tuscany before, it was the first time for my partner, her two teenage girls and our 8 month old Labrador. It could not have worked better. The accommodation itself was perfect, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms/toilets, a well equipped kitchen, a fabulous terrace to sit out on and enjoy eating with a view. The swimming pool, table football and ping pong were all put to full use and we all felt totally at home. Best of all was the warmth, kindness and good humour of Stefano and Marta. Thank you both! With the location we hoped to get a balance between relaxation at the farmhouse, sun & sand, and the culture that the region has to offer. A couple of beach visits - including a fabulous dog beach at San Vincenzo - and trips to San Gimignano, Pisa and Firenze were all easily made. There are plenty of local wine tasting, and cheese/honey etc. buying options and for eating out - we loved Il Tino da Roberta, a couple of kms down the road, and great for pizza and local dishes with a view and fantastic value. We wish we could have stayed much, much longer."
