"Great value for cost. Property is clean an very pleasant. Parking is tight but available. Front desk said on-site parking available for 6 euros, but I didn't see any spots available. I parked on the street in front of hotel at no cost. Room was very nice; two twin beds together to make a king bed. bathroom is excellent. Breakfast room is well staffed and a great selection of continental buffet items. "

"My stay in Hotel Basic was pretty good. Staff was great and super friendly. The room was very comfortable, nothing fancy but the mattress was probably the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Recommended."

"An excellent hotel - facilities, rooms, dining etc., but location in surrounding area not attractive, BUT good location for access to Barcelona and Monserrat. The Staff are very obliging and the Reception Staff were really wonderful - so helpful and courteous, and could produce whatever was requested! Fantastic!"

"Nice basic keenly priced hotel. Restaurant was nice but limited choice. Breakfast was OK. The car park is underground at the rear of the hotel accessed via a one way street. The room is very smartly presented. Would definitely stay again when I am working in the area again. "

"Not good and not recommend "

"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. Area was fairly quiet and breakfast was adequate. Not sure if the parking garage door was ever closed overnight, it was open when we went to bed and open in the morning. Lots of people parking infront of the garage door and we had to wait for them to leave. The air conditioner dripped all over the floor and the shower leaked thru the glass door and we had half the water coming out of the spout and the other half from the shower head. Also the tub drain did not, we had water above our ankles. Overall pass on this place the last straw was they charged us for ice. "

"Very noisy at night. Walls are thin in this hotel. Great location close to Montserrat. Beds comfy. Close to highway. Plenty of parking"

"Wow! This hotel is a work of art. It is newly renovated using the best hand crafted workmanship. The staff is friendly, bilingual (at least). Breakfast was great too. We picked Can Ferres because we visited Montserrat and Cava Codorniu. We highly recommend Can Ferres."
