"The staff at this property was very friendly and very, very helpful. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Although there was no Kleenex tissues in the room when requested little packets were brought. Also, there were no washcloths. Everything else was terrific. We ate in the restaurant a late lunch and it was a terrific price fix and the food tasted delicious and was more than plentiful. We would stay here again. Also, the complimentary shuttle to the airport was timely and handled very well."

"The rooms are way too dark especially if you have an early flight out and no sun. The lighting in the room is awful. There is a hot pot to make tea but no coffee. Can only get coffee at paid breakfast. Shuttle is convenient but you have to load bags on and off van. The driver only drives. They need to lighten up the rooms. Way too dark and depressing."

"Staff is amazing, so kind helpful and welcoming. Pools are 10/10 with heated indoor pool/hydrospa and outdoor cold pool to soak in the sun. Stayed in duplex room which had a huge upstairs area, with a giant sectional, tv, and huge outdoor patio with additional sun beds and Loungers Mall with grocery store and great shopping is 20 min walk, 4 min drive or 10 min bus ride. Easy access to Barcelona and sitges by train or bus, and easy access to ebikes for travelling around castelldefels."

"Airport shuttle was helpful- short ride, on time. Location was ideal for airport needs but not great if you want to walk to the city. Mini bar in room was good but check the in room coffee situation before bed! We had 1 cup for 2 people and when I asked for more I was told sorry, but then they brought some up (unfortunately decaf). On site food was very good. Overall clean and convenient"

"They got me a room early morning when I got off my cruise. That was great. However the pool wasn’t open and I was really looking forward to sunbathing on that day, thats primarily why I booked that hotel for the pool. They told me its cause they can’t get the staff? If was May. It was hot. So disappointed. However, the hotel itself was so nice. Very nice room and lovely food as well. Good service. "
