It’s too noisy, esp. in the morning where you’re still asleep and you could hear the buses and cars passing by. I did not realize it until the following morning. "Single rooms are a good size, but have no safe in the room. Carrying valuables with you all the time is a pain. Sink in shower room does not have plug closure, so cleaning contact lenses in an open sink is perilous. Do not bother with breakfast as you can get much better further down the street. To be restricted to one small cup of lukewarm cafe con lecce is not providing good customer service. Housekeeping of rooms is excellent. Some other staff need retraining - it is not good practice for...

"Les fenêtres sont tellement pas étanches qu’on entend tout dehors. Il y a des restaurants et un bar qui fait que le monde parlent très fort. C’est comme s’il serait dans la chambre. Et la femme de ménage est venue frapper à notre porte pour savoir s’il avait quelqu’un dans la chambre pour faire le ménage. Une chance que nous étions levés pour aller à l’aéroport. Surtout que l’heure de départ est 11 heures. Il devrait trouver une solution pour que le monde installe quelque chose dans la porte...
