The BELL RACO residence is on the seafront, ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment IS AIR-CONDITIONED, consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa, satellite television, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views of the beach and gardens. .

In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator.The parking is communal, there is no assigned place.

Animals are not permitted.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8ºThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

9º The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
