This very spacious T2 with capacity for up to 5 people, 2 large balconies with the possibility of BBQ and outdoor eating, just 5 minutes walk from the beach (300m), has everything needed to enjoy a great holiday in area without traveling by car.

The apartment was spacious, light-filled, well equipped, and very clean. The owner supplied towels and bedding each week and cleaned the apartment after 2 weeks. The balconies were terrific, and the beach was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

What a wonderful apartment. Joao has created a wonderful space. It's bright, airy and has everything you need. The beds were so comfy and huge! Perfect position in Manta Rota. What a wonderful village. The most beautiful beaches, people and walks. We wish we could return tomorrow. We will definitely be back.

Apartamento moderno, muito limpo, onde não faltava nada, muito bem equipado. Muito conforto, muito gosto na decoração e muito bem organizado. Bem localizado. Fácil e curto acesso à praia. Deixámos o carro estacionado, sem ter o usar a não ser que quiséssemos sair para algum lugar mais distante. Anfitrião muito simpático e prestável. Foram umas férias tranquilas e maravilhosas

Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegtes Apartment. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. 4 Minuten zum Strand. War in der Nebensaison dort. Daher auch keine Lärmbelästigung. Geräuschkulisse in der Hauptsaison kann ich nichts zu sagen. Weil ich nicht weiß, was alles geöffnet hat. Zu der Jahreszeit würde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sogar einen Begrüßungskuchen gab es. Fand ich sehr nett.
