Situated in a cul de sac overlooking Salema village and beach this stunning link villa has open plan lounge diner with fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, micro wave and oven. TV/Sky, blu ray player, wifi and Bose air play sound system. Master bedroom with en suite shower , double bedroom ensuite and twin bedrooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Sundeck with electric blind and four sun beds, pool area with outdoor seating, coffee table and two sun beds. Pool has heater charged at 30 euros per day. Patio area off lounge with bbq, electric blind, table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, sink, iron and ironing board. The villa is air-conditioned which also provides heating.

We liked the accommodation very much. Excellent location and a great view of the beach. We will miss the breakfast on the Ocean View terrace. All in all, highly recommended.

Beautiful village in an apartment with stunning views of the coastline. Walking distance to restaurants, lovely cliff walk trails and beautiful beaches. Close to great golf courses. The apartment was high quality, clean, quiet and we had a very enjoyable week. Thanks

We are so glad we stayed in Salema and this villa was perfect! We were a family of 8 and we were all so comfortable. The view was the best and the beach was my favorite in the Algarve area. Would highly recommend it!

We fell in love with the villa, the village, the beach. Everything was absolutely perfect! I was worried with the lack of recent reviews on this property. We take only a week every year, and we prefer a higher end experience; so that was a potential concern. Well, I am so grateful we went!!!. We would go nowhere else in Portugal than this exact villa and have already begun to prepare next year. The best vacation rental we ever stayed in!!!

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans la maison des Brinton à Salema. tout dans la maison est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable: air co silencieux dans toutes les chambres, serviettes pliées, pas de tapis au sol, ... a recommander.

We had a perfect late summer holiday for the last 6 days. The overall villa quality and interior finish was 5*; combined with stunning views and a great location overlooking the beautiful small village of Salema, gave us a really memorable trip to the Algarve. We could have comfortably had another 5 people staying with us. Lots to do, see and a great choice of excellent resturants along and near to the typically gorgeous Algarve beach in Salema. Didn't want to leave and will be back asap.... Jamie, Annabel & Charlie

We stayed in this lovely Villa for a week recently and have to say the Villa is truly fantastic! It has been finished to an extremely high standard and is very comfortable to spend quality time as a family. You will want to return time and time again. The layout is perfect with bedrooms on the lower floor and an additional double room on the living level. The top deck has a stunning view of Salema and is a great way to pass the day enjoying the sunshine. Salema is a short walk down hill where you will find fantastic restaurants of al a carte quality. We had 5 star meals all week but our favourite which is worth a visit was Agua Na Boca. All I can say is you MUST visit and we will be back sometime soon. Thank you so much to the owners for creating our perfect holiday destination :)
