"The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Annamalai temples. Property is new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service people are kind and attentive. Reaching the hotel is little difficult if you follow google map due to traffic restrictions. Better call the hotel ask them to guide you the driving direction. There is no inhouse restaurants. Room service will get us food from outside. The complimentary minitiffin is good. There is no dental kit and hair dryer in the room."

"This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!"

Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days.
