"All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The location is spectacular (only 50 minutes from FCO), within walking distance from town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Bracciano view alone, is worth the visit!"

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"What a unique find, it really was like stepping back in time, into history. The villa is located immediately off the main piazza of Manziana, entered through a secure gate with private car parking in the villa grounds. The welcome that we received and attention throughout our stay from all of the staff was warm and genuine, the room was tastefully decorated in a classic Italian antique style and the views over the well manicured gardens, and the woods, mountains and lakes beyond were just stunning. Each day started with a substantial Italian style breakfast. The villa is literally a stride from the local shops, a selection of restaurants and the train that operates hourly between Rome and Viterbo. We hope to return in the summer and enjoy your garden and pool! Grazie tutti"

"On our 30-day trip through Italy, Switzerland, and France, we needed a break in the middle. So, we found this lovely house to stay for few days. The host was amazing, one of the nicest people we met on our trip. Even our kids had a great time with them. The house was super clean and everything was perfect. I didn't have a car, but Marco, the host, helped me get to the house and even to the supermarket. They're a great couple, and their house is fantastic. Our kids loved it there. I strongly recommend this house if you want to stay at Bracciano"

"This is a perfect place for genuine Italian flare. The grounds of this villa are beautiful. The rooms are miniature villas and are right next to the restaurant. The restaurant is an elegant and romantic setting with doors swinging open to the garden area as well as outdoor seating. Most important is the excellent quality of the food! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could go back soon. This is a perfect spot for couples to enjoy as a first night after arrival at the Rome airport or staying there the night before your flight. Also very close to Lake Bracciano "

"Wow where do I begin, I've been traveling Italy for a year and this was easily my favorite stay! Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount! The property, just breathtaking. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, close enough to town & the lake but feels like you are in a remote location this is the pefect stay for you. The property is large with views of the lake, their olive tree farm on one side & their beautifully landscaped gardens / pool on the otherside. The bedrooms had stunning furniture that made you feel like royalty (& VERY comfortable beds). The shower is breathtaking with an overhead rainfall showerhead (also a separate handheld showerhead). Their towels & bathrobes (and houseshoes) were all extremely comfortable and plush. The pool was well equipt with beverages, lounge chairs; both in the sun & under shade. I believe one of the suites has its own hot tub but there is also a beaufiul hot tub room disconnected from the main house but still very close by. It was incredibly relaxing to spend time there before going to bed. All in all, I cannot wait to come back! "

"My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision."
