"Fabio was extremely discrete and helpful to us during our stay. He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic and the private parking spot is super handy. We spent many evenings on the pier just staring at the lake. "If you're looking for peace, a tranquil atmosphere and glorious surroundings, this is the place for you. The house is very simple and you're off the beaten track, but there's everything you need and you'll be spending most of your time outdoors anyway. Our dogs had to be lifted into the car every time we went anywhere, because they never wanted to leave. Monique is delightful, warm and helpful, and she made us feel very welcome - we even met her equally warm and friendly parents."

We appreciated the added details such as laundry soap, dish washing detergent, etc. Central A/C was fantastic- a rarity in Italy!
