"1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!"

Views….Each day very nice lady- Sante was cleaning the house and with additional fee she was cooking really tasty meals. "Probably the best hotel experience I’ve had! The hotel is beautiful. The beaches are incredible and the staff are the most obliging and attentive I have ever encountered. The restaurants and bars are varied and well run. There is just no limit to the good things that can be said about Shangr-la Maury!"
